Working With LOs

HOW YOU DO ENGAGE THE PARTY IF IT IS A LOAN OFFICER 

We have a short question based script for you.

It will be important that you :

  • Read the script
  • Listen to the audios
  • View lockinyouragent.com And listen to audios and video. Also click on the Agent Directory. Please listen at least 5 times.
  • View homezoop.com And run a property report request through the loan officer portal. No password is needed. It will ask you for a code, just insert the word TEST. When you run a report, ideally use your address, or that of a family member. Note: the software is limited to St. Louis Mo at this time. (Las Vegas and areas in southern Florida will be coming on board soon.)

 

ABOUT LOAN OFFICERS

Loan officers provide mortgage loans for home buyers. The loan officer obtains referrals from past clients; however, they get the bulk of their monthly referrals from Realtors.

Thus, the loan officer must have quite a few agent relationships. The loan officer is in “constant pursuit of more agents.” And, there are often several other loan officers pursuing the same agent. Thus, It is VERY competitive and challenging when an LO is trying to meet new agents.

Our program equips the LO to accomplish their goals.

HOW RECEPTIVE WILL THE LOAN OFFICERS BE TO YOUR CALL?

Many people in life are ready, eager, hungry for knowledge. There is a book written may years ago about men and women, it is called “MEN ARE FROM MARS, WOMEN ARE FROM VENUS.”

In other words, “men often do not get women.” Some men do, most don’t. Please keep in mind, I did not say it, the authors of the book did.

Well this is true of loan officers, as they are from MARS. Realtors are from VENUS. Most loan officers are clueless about Realtors.

That is why our program is so successful. Loan Officers do not understand agents. The LO can be pushy, aggressive, and not listen. They are often after one thing, “Give me a loan please.”

In other words, “the LO wants to be gratified, have their needs met, without any work on their part.” Sound familiar? Do you know anyone like that?

As I said earlier, “The #1 thing loan officers want is more REALTOR referral partners.”

You will find most loan officers receptive to your message.

Be confident that this is a valuable product that will truly help these agents. Also, keep in mind, there are a few people that are “grumpy in life.” Be your calm, enthusiastic cheerful self and press on. If someone says, “no thanks,” please do not take it personally. We will persevere and help those that want it.

 

Working With AGENTS

  • View homezoop.com and run a property report request through the AGENT portal. When filling out the portion that asks for an address, you will need an MLS code, just insert the word TEST.

 YOUR ROLE – An Account Executive

 For your part, it is to cast a vision of what their career can be, by asking the loan officer or real estate agent a few questions we provide you.

If after speaking with you, the Realtor or loan officer is receptive to a phone conference from one of our Senior Sales Executives, you have the opportunity to earn $1,000 simply by the fact that you set the appointment.

Even if they are “not quite ready” to move forward, our system will continue to offer them the opportunity to converse with our Senior Sales Executives that will explain our products. Again, you will have the opportunity for compensation.

You are a very important part of our sales process and informing agents and lenders of our products and brand.

 

HOW YOU DO IT

 The process you are involved with is easy and straightforward. You will call the lender or agent, give a very brief explanation of our HomeZoop software. There is no fee for this software, so you should get many people agreeing with you.

There is no pressure on you nor the person you are calling. The software is simply something valuable, meaningful and helpful that we give to them.

After your call, you will send them a follow up email recapping the conversation.

 

YOUR POTENTIAL INCOME

Keep in mind you can do this position full-time if you desire, or part-time. You can contact 10 people in a day, or as many as 100.

The interactions are often just 2-5 minutes. You will introduce yourself as an Account Executive with HomeZoop, which assists Realtors to secure listings, or to help the buyer understand the health of the market.

If a client moves into our coaching program as a result of your first call to them, or other communication we have with them, you would earn;

  • 1st month $250
  • 2nd month $250
  • 3rd month $125
  • 4th month $125
  • 5th month $125
  • 6th month $125

Thus if a client remains in the program for six months, you would earn $1,000.  If you have 25 sales, your income could be $25,000. If you have 100 sales in the coaching program, you could be earning $100,000.

Note: Your earning as described above reflect if the candidate “signs up for coaching in the first 120 days.” If they “sign up” after 120 days, there is a slight reduction of earnings by the Account Executive of $50 per month from the above table, as the candidate is shifted into a “Marketing Program.”

Our goal is the same as yours, and that is to encourage the lenders and agents to sign up for our coaching program.
