We received the “Loan Commitment Letter” we owed to the seller per the contract…we are good to go and are another step closer to getting you moved into your NEW HOME!

Here is a quick update on what I am doing to ensure a successful closing. We have successfully completed 3-of-the-4 major hurdles it takes to get your home sold. Please call with any question or comments. I will let you know what to do every step of the way.

• Scheduling your Final Walk Through
• Scheduling a Closing Time – Please be sure to bring your driver’s license, and about an hour to sign the documents…then the keys are YOURS!!!
• Obtaining Final Figures for Closing
