CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ACCEPTED CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF YOUR HOME!

We’re another step closer to getting your home SOLD and are now working on our OVER 40-point check-list. This process will help you enjoy a stress-free closing.

Here is a quick update on what I am doing to ensure a successful closing. We have successfully completed 1-of-the-4 major hurdles it takes to get your home sold.

I will be letting you know what to do every step of the way!

• Turning in the Sales Contract to all parties (In Process, and attached for your records)
• Verifying Buyer’s Earnest Money check (The buyers have 10 banking days to have the EM deposited, we will oversee)
• Coordinating Home Inspections- The Buyers WILL schedule their home inspection through ShowingTime. Following the inspection, it usually takes 3-4 days to hear back on the results.
• Following the buyers inspections, I will be in touch with our next steps!
