We’re another step closer to getting your purchase closed and are now working on our OVER 40-point checklist. This process will help you enjoy a stress-free closing. Attached for your records is a copy of your accepted contract.
What We Are Working On Now
Here is a quick update on what we are doing to ensure a successful closing. We have successfully completed 1-of-the-4 major hurdles it takes to buy your home. I will let you know what to do every step of the way.
I will be letting you know what to do every step of the way!
- Turning in the Sales Contract to all parties
- Depositing Your Earnest Money Check (This will go towards you paying for the home at closing.)
- Title and Survey- We will need to decide if we want to order a Boundary or Spot Survey by the contract deadline. The cost is between $375-$425 and is a standard part of your closing costs. You do NOT have to purchase a property survey, but if you don’t the title insurance policy will omit survey coverage.
- Following the buyers inspections, I will be in touch with our next steps!
