| When another agent puts one of our agents info down on Page 9 of the Sale Contract, other than Bryan. |
| You need to place Bryan’s Licensee # on Line 427 and MLS ID on Line 428. |
| Next to the other agents Licensee # on Line 427 and MLS ID on Line 428. |
| For all Sale Contract Docs you will place the Homes Address next to the Doccs name |
| Example: Appraisal Rider – 380 Pin Street, St |
| Listing Agreement |
| Bryan will sign all Listing agreements, Lead Based Paint and Sellers Disc; the listing agent will not |
| Bryan will need to sign middle of FHA RIder |
| You will share the Listing Agreement with the Seller. Not the LBP or Sellers Disc until instructed to. |
| For all Listing Docs you will place the Homes address next to the Docs name |
