HOW TO CREATE A LOOP
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW AS I BEGIN….
Client Names ( Check TAX record for accuracy)
Address of the Property
Log Into Dotloop. https://dotloop.com
On Sign In screen enter email and password provided to you
Once logged in. Click ADD LOOP In the upper right corner.
4. Place the full address into the Loop Name field then Continue button located at bottom right of window, next choose Buyer Loop or Listing Loop (Seller) template, skip Photo section (by selecting Done in lower right corner) and your Loop will show as being created.
ADD CLIENT TO LOOP
When you have successfully created your loop, you will be placed into the loop. We want to begin by adding all the people necessary to the People section of the loop. Click ADD PERSON and begin entering their information. Enter their names as you want them to appear on the contracts. Remember, anyone who will be signing electronically in dotloop will need an email address; two people are not able to sign as individuals from a single email address.
(The Client(s) name should be in the email sent to you along with their, phone #s and email address, you also have Realist to check if the names are correct)
Below where it says Email that is where you will place the clients email
To the right where it says Role, click the down arrow and select whichever applies (either Buyer or Seller).
Where it says Phone, that is where you will place the clients phone number.
Once this has been completed, click Add Person and they will show under the People section on the main dotloop screen for this property. Add any other people (spouse for example) by following same steps.
